I.H. SYSTEM (electromagnetic Induction Heating)
Heating system that realizes Precise and Rapid responsiveness in heatig.
P.I.D. Control (Proportional/Integral/Differential)
Taking full advantage of I.H.system, only the necessary thermal quantity is to be replenished effectively by precise temperature control.
PRE-HEATER
It is possible to keep the temperature of the lower belt always constant all through from feeding-entrance to discharging-exit.
DEVIDED CONTROL IN CROSSWISE DIRECTION
I.H. and sensors are placed in plural positions so that the temperature of belt is always kept constant, however the working conditions may change at ramdom.
PRESSURIZING & PRESSURE CONTROL
Pressurization & Pressure Control Naomoto's unique system is on. As an option, we have also a high pressure system, so that difficult materials like water-repellency or strong twisted materials, can be fused.
