High temperature, high pressure steam always available from the built-in compact steam generating unit. Only 12 seconds to heat soup (160 cc) to 80℃. The temperature sensor can be set to the desired temperature. Various types of soup including consomm?, potage, miso soup, etc. can be heated on one Soup Warmer.
